Magical Stay in the Heart of the City
attentive staff lovely gift extensive breakfast
I found the reception staff very great! My room included a personal note and a lovely gift, a thoughtful touch . I also received complimentary wine. A delicious surprise upon my arrival. Breakfast had extensive choices and fresh ingredients.
I noticed some minor wear in the hallway carpeting.

The rooftop bar provides fine views, showcasing the beauty of the surrounding area both during the day and at night. There is also a covered parking for added convenience. A significant advantage given the location.

immaculate room warm staff fine views
I adored the cleanliness of the room. It was immaculate. the staff greeted me with such warmth and attentiveness. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar. The views were fine, and the atmosphere was really romantic.
The elevators were a bit slow. It caused a minor inconvenience.

The room featured two separate sinks, and the provided towels were soft. fresh water and clean towels were replenished daily. I found this detail thoughtful. the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

The hotel is close to the river and around 15 minutes walk to what i consider the town center. This proximity allowed easy exploration of the area! the central location provided convenient access to many tourist attractions. I could walk almost everywhere.

Breakfast offered a great variety with many food choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a plus. It catered to different preferences. there was an excellent selection of desserts available. I tried several delicious options.

The reception staff was friendly and eager to help. Lenka, anna, and elishka stood out. ahmed assisted wonderfully with my luggage upon departure. I found his help indispensable. one young lady showed us to our two rooms. Her sweetness was nice

acceptable stay WITH caveats
the included breakfast was adequate. it offered sufficient options to start the day.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. i could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms clearly. This disrupted my sleep several times during the night. it was a significant issue.
